    Description

    Aziderm gel is used for treating facial redness and bumps on the skin. This condition is known as rosacea. Also, it is given for treating acne where the hair follicles become clogged with dead skin cells & oil. It functions with killing off bacteria causing bacterial infection and also preventing further growth of bacteria. It also keeps skin pores clean by decreasing the oil secretions and regulating the keratin production and keeping in check the acne formation. It averts the synthesis of chemicals and helps to treat the redness of the skin.

    Aziderm can lead to itching, redness, burning sensation, dryness at the application site. You can talk to the doctor if these signs persist for a longer period of time. You can apply it to the affected part as per the doctor’s instructions. You must keep it applying for a certain duration as indicated by the doctor.

    It must be avoided if you are allergic to its active ingredient. It should not be used in kids below 12 years for acne and 18 years for rosacea. You must convey to the doctor if you are breastfeeding or pregnant.

    • Other medicines- Aziderm gel has the capability to interact with other medicines that are used topically. The regular use of this gel and other medicines on the same affected area must be avoided.
